Black, P.C. is a boutique law firm that focuses its practice on estate planning, business succession planning, asset protection / tax planning, and estate and trust administration and litigation. We also advise clients on legal issues associated with planning for individuals with special needs, guardianships, elder law, which includes planning for Medicaid benefits, and real estate transactions.
It is our goal to provide clients with customized solutions that are tailored to achieve their individual objectives while ensuring that they understand each step of the process.
Our main office is located in Massapequa Park, New York, and our efforts serve clients in Nassau and Suffolk counties, as well as each of the five boroughs. We pride ourselves on being accessible to our clients seven days a week, including evenings.
